Shipping + Returns

Shipping

We deliver throughout New Zealand and Australia. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 throughout New Zealand.

For orders in New Zealand under $75 shipping costs is a flat rate of $7.00. Plus $3.50 for Rural deliveries.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. 

Australia shipping costs a flat rate of $18. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. 

Returns

We hope you love your Brave Buddy products, however if you would like to return your order please see our return policy and procedure outlined below.

The Pain Reducer Pad has been proven to work well for most people, however we understand that individual experiences may vary. While we're happy to offer refunds due to quality issues, we are unable to offer refunds simply because the Pain Reducer Pad does not work for you. 

Return Procedure

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bravebuddystore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a full refund to your account.

Faulty / Damaged Items 

For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a full refund (including shipping costs).

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
